Eleven of us met at Deerfield Town Park to get in a little hike and feed the birds before Santa came. We welcomed two first-time hikers that fit right in with our Christmas Eve trek.

Once back at the parking lot, we had a tailgate party with Christmas cookies and hot chocolate with “added warmth.”  All was well as we departed to finish our chores for the big day!
